Not only is fall a beautiful season because of the incredible vibrance of the colors that nature offers, but it is also the most wonderful moment of the year as, foodwise, it is a time of sheer plentifulness...
It is impossible not to start salivating and thinking about festive menus when you see apples, figs, grapes, plums, quinces, pears, pumpkins, chestnuts, beetroot, Brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, wild meat, etc... in abundance on every market stall. Delightful!
